As you know, everything you see on our page is handcrafted with love by the #WonderWomen of Swara. The hands making our products might be from Dungarpur, Kerala or West Bengal but they have one thing in common i.e. each is made by a strong woman who is balancing the weight of a small universe on her shoulders – be it her family’s finances or her children’s dreams, not to mention her own! The journey to make systemic change starts small, by making changes every day. Our newest collection celebrates the daily “baggage” carried by women and their daily triumphs against all odds.

In collaboration with Tamarind Chutney, we present “Tote-ally Irresistible” a collection of 6 unique tote-bags each telling the story of a fascinating woman’s daily life. Whilst thinking of names we couldn’t help but acknowledge the many #WonderWomen before us, who fought countless battles that paved the way for feminism and the life we have today.
